Quite alright ribbensandwhich. The bread is quite soft, it didn't taste toasted. Although, it was well balanced in pickled vegetables and meat. It was nice because it wasn't overly saucey, so it wasn't soggy despite it being in a paper bag for 30 minutes. We would like to try the bøfsandwich next time
