So sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience in our small town restaurant. We are in a rural farm area, the flies come with the area, you clearly didn’t see all the fly trap, lights and ect. The owner was your server and was less than 10 feet from most of the time. Kitchen stuff I am sure you are referring to filling sauces at an unused table in the dining room. As some maybe able to tell we have a very small establishment and kitchen so we do what we can when we can with our limited staff options in the area. To be clear every inspection we have ever had has been 100%. For future reference you can look up any inspection on the state web site by looking up their name. Not sure where you have been to, but our establishment is exceptional clean. Clearly you aren’t from this area, and we have people travel for miles for our food that you describe as ok! As the owner being on premise 99% of the time maybe address your concerns in person rather then leaving a sub par review online. Best of luck
