I came in on a bad day, and left smiling. This is the first place I’ve been to in South Florida that has made me feel like a human. Everywhere else, people are rude and treat you simply as a consumer purchasing goods. I will 100% be back here for the customer service alone, not to mention the bagels rock too! I'm not one to write a Yelp review because I usually give business the benefit of the doubt. If I could put 0 stars I would. I loved Brooklyn Water Bagels but that changed today. I won't ever be going back to this store again. As soon as I unwrapped my sesame bagel I see an alive fly on it.... It is absolutely disgusting that a fly was around the food produced there. I understand that things happen, but--how does one not notice a fly on a bagel that's about to be sent out to a customer. I am absolutely repulsed and completely lost my appetite.
