This new pop-up restaurant is going to be a warm welcome to Pioneer Square.Looks like they will be open in a few weeks. I've tried several soup samples, all delish. Each bowl of soup will come with a mini pressed baguette grilled crispy cheese sandwich. The 4 cheese mac & cheese covers all the comfort food taste buds with plenty of cheese topped with a baked Italian crumb topping.
