Broth is a diamond in the rough, right next to BevMo! in Torrance. There's so much in this center, but Broth is a stand out!
The staff is friendly, the place is super clean, and the noodle soup is addictive. I only eat fish so I always order a veggie broth, with seafood and flat noodles. Something about those flat noodles! Yummy in my tummy! My hubby always goes
For the pulled off the bone pork and claims it is the best one. I will never know I guess! LOL
Anyway, all good stuff over at Broth, no MSG, naturally gluten and dairy free. Gotta love that. I certainly do. Lots of parking.

A bit pricier than other pho places, but completely justified because the quality of the ingredients are so much higher. for example, the chicken actually tastes like chicken - not a flavorless piece of mushy meat that a lot of similar places serve. this goes true for the beef and pork short ribs as well
if you don't mind a little splurging for a superior quality northern Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend this place. the portions are very generous too!

Wow!!!!! I have never had pho broth this good before. This is Japanese style pho so it will be a little more expensive and won't have the hoisin and chili sauces with all those veggies that come to the table in a plate. While I appreciate viet style pho, I have to say this one is by far my favorite. I don't know what it is about the flavor of that broth that has be pondering how it is made. The meat is also high quality compared to other pho places. You have got to check this place out!
