I would not recommend this establishment for ramen. The food quality was subpar; the ramen was heavily Americanized, lacking authentic Asian flavors. Despite the restaurant's near-empty state, there was a significant delay in food service (approximately 20 minutes). The ramen's presentation was unappetizing, and both the ramen and fried rice were excessively salty. Furthermore, a $6.50 convenience/location fee was added to the bill. While the overall price was average, it did not reflect the quality of the food received. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Delightful small space inside small indoor mall; divine citrus shrimp, tofu salad, many novel & good soup & rice bowl selections. I went there today after seeing an info video/review on one of the social media sites I have last night. It did not disappoint. I did order one of two more expensive items on the menu at $24 and I am very glad I did. I ordered the Raman Surf and Turf . It took a little while however, totally worth the wait. It came out with four or 5 pieces of Steak seasoned perfectly and several small shrimp all sitting on a bed of Raman swimming in a delicious broth. I was a bit stunned on how full I was after my lunch was finished. If i have to say a negative would be that the broth was a little on the salty side but not enough to push it away. Still very very good! As far as the setting. eh...not my cup of tea, but I get it. Not your typical Raman stop, I liked the large comic prints and the Anime mural....could have done away with the super hard rock music but like I said, I get it. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
