Room is OK, bathroom clean but small bathub, bed is big and comfortable but carpet is a little dirty. Service from the housekeepers are very good, they are very caring and gentle people! However the service from the staffs are not as good, I brought a meal from seven eleven once to lobby and since it’s 4 pm, they cleaned my room and I didn’t want to spill my food on the carpet or make the room stinks so I ate at the lobby and one of the staffs asked me to go back to seven eleven to finish my meal. I had a short argument with her and said that I do not want to spill my food in my room because it’s already been cleaned. So where can I sit then? Unfortunately they didn’t prepare any place for hotel guests to eat our snacks/food beside in our own room. Disappointed. Location is great. It’s near MRT station and there are a lot of convenience stores around. Breakfast buffet very basic, nothing special.

This hotel is located within walking distance of Taipei Songshan Airport. If you are young enough, take a walk; if not, take the bus to the hotel. Specifically, Brother Hotel is located at the Heart of Taipei City, surrounded by banks, restaurants, and street shopping. The best part is their hospitality, as well as the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms, which create a cozy and beautiful environment. I am truly impressed with their buffet, which serves only as breakfast but offers a wide variety of dishes. Even if you are a pure vegetarian, you will not regret staying in this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed their services. The hotel features Japanese, Chinese restaurants, a takeaway bakery, and sushi stores. Last but not least, reception staff and housekeeping staff are customer-friendly. If I visit Taipei again, this hotel will be my top choice. Service: 5
