Food at Brothers Barbecue

This bbq and Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum can be both really attractive for tourists. The chef at Brothers Barbecue cooks good Bbq pork, carnitas and cheese bread. Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked banana pudding, cheesecakes and corn cakes. It's nice to order delicious draft beer, wine or ale. Great ice tea, lemonade or house punch are the most popular drinks of this place.

The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach by any transport. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this bbq is something one can call enjoyable. You will like fair prices. There is a calm atmosphere and homey decor at Brothers Barbecue. 4.6 is what this place received from the Google rating system.

Yup...this is great BBQ! And when it comes to BBQ beer, nothing beats Shiner Bock, so we knew we were in the right place as soon as we walked in and saw Shiner Bock in the fridge. (On tap is even better, but even in the bottle, this will always be our first choice for pairing with BBQ when available.) They also have a lot of other great BBQ beers, but we were doubly happy to see they carry local Pigeon Head Brewery because they make excellent beers. (The Red Rye goes really well with meat.) We sampled a little of everything, from the brisket to the pulled pork to the Frito pie BBQ bowl, and a whole bunch of sides, and everything was delicious! And when at a BBQ place, we never pass up on ZERT. But this time, instead of one of their menu desserts, we opted for the Nutello filled rice crispy treat they had in a basket on the counter...and dang was it good! Finally, the space is very comfortable and colorful and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They also have an extensive menu of meal deals/specials and their online ordering system is very easy to use. (Note: the brisket is meant to be sauces if you are eating it straight. The flavor is great but it's a little dry on its own, but I know that's how a lot of places do it so we didn't mark them off for that because the flavor is still there...and their BBQ sauces are excellent. (My wife and I are both certified BBQ judges...and internation beer judges.) Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Frito Corn Chips & Pulled Pork

Delicious pulled pork : moist and plain if you ask "no sauce". And prices are such a deal. I highly recommended their meats by the pound to all my carnivore friends Friendly service!

I have to say that this place is absolutely amazing. The food tastes amazing and the staff is super friendly. The fact that a young man came to our table two times to check in on us when this place was super busy shows that customer service and hospitality is still alive here at Brothers Barbecue. Will definitely be coming back here in May of this year and years to come. Thank you for making our first experience here amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
