The food at Brothers Ramen is consistently delicious whether you enjoy it at the restaurant or get it to go. The tonkotsu ramen broth is rich. It comes with the chashu and scallions. Additional toppings are available for $1 - $3.5 each. The karaage side is a great perfectly crispy appetizer for the table. The baos are delicious and bite-sized. Plenty of parking available. Restaurant is conveniently located right off the freeway exit.

So, I don't need to even try the ramen to say what an amazing restaurant Brothers Ramen and Japanese Eatery is. Atmosphere very mellow and calming. Staff is beyond compare to anywhere I've been. Update: the Shoyu ramen with Umami bomb is beyond amazing! My first and foremost favorite ramen location in California!
