Derby Deli is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield. It's one of those places I find myself recommending to just about everyone. My go-to menu items are the Salmon BLT and the Derby Club, and I can never pass up one of their French bottle lemonades. The service is always outstanding, and the team does a fantastic job making you feel welcome and taken care of. Tim and Jen have built something really special here. The desserts are incredible too—especially the cookies and St. Michael's Cake. I've brought my wife, family, friends, employees, customers, and even prospective customers here over the years. I've met people for interviews here as well because I know the food, atmosphere, and service will always be top-notch. When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is a great bonus. Derby Deli is a Springfield gem and an easy A+ in my book. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
