Ordered 2 plates rice n peas with oxtail and rice n peas with jerk chicken. The server managed to get all our orders wrong. Served rice and peas with Ackee fish, rice and jerk chicken no sauce instead. And the female staff was being difficult instead of helping. Won’t be going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very uncomfortable atmosphere, unfortunately this is the same in every brown eagle I have visited. (In hope that it's not just my local one) As for the food the prices are ridiculous for the potions size. They are so stingy it's unbelievable, especially if you order of Uber eats. £36.00 for 2 large meals and one tasteless dumplin . Over cooked rice always, sometimes the oxtail is over cooked sometimes under cooked. If you thinking about ordering from here but are 50/50 save yourself the hassle. You will be very disappointed. They act like this is some professional restaurant but honestly the customer service and quality of the food is poor. 1 star from me hopefully they read my review and look to improve because as far as I can see they won't be in existence in the near. But I doubt it because its been like this for years from what I've been told. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had known and eaten from Brown Eagles for many years when they first started trading in Tottenham.
However, I am sorry to say the standards have dropped dramatically.
Some of the staff are rude; orders are incorrect, they treat you as if they are doing you a favour with their attitude.
As we are business people ourselves and always supporting the community, regrettably, we can no longer continue eating from Brown Eagles until the 'conscious love and respect returns in the food preparation and changing attitudes amongst the staff.

Sorry that I had to post this, but this week was the final straw! Curry goat was delivered again, which should have been Curry veg, cold patties etc. and told by staff when I phoned to ring Uber eats to sort it out.

Unacceptable!

Creditability, especially in today's
