Booked my husbands 55th birthday for the 13th Match as per their voice mail Waited all day tried at 5:30pm and still no answer The owner must have decided to take the 13th march off too pretty horrible customer service I am so upset as we had arranged the cake the balloons now trying to find a restaurant last minute So disappointing to the owner if your on holiday that says a date for your return we expect you to stick to what your message advices your customers

As a bit of a food buff I don't write reviews unless there is a reason or message, and here it is one of great joy. Brown Rice must be (and admittedly I haven't tried them all, yet..) up with the absolute best of Thai restaurants in all of Melbourne if not Victoria. Firstly, the presentation is 12/10, they raise the bar for garnishing, the meals are so beautifully presented it's almost a crime to eat it. You just want to stare and soak it in. Yet when you finally do eat, the quality of taste and flavour washes over you in a tsunami of delight. Soo exceptionally tender and tasty. Polish this of with quality, friendly service and you can be sure of an outstanding night out at a very decent price. Well done team, can't wait to be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
