It's always a pleasure being here. Sitting at the bar for cocktails is good if you just fancy a drink. Dining is easy to book and great food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can see that the same lady who is referred to in some other unhappy reviews here made by previous customers where customers walked right out for her rudeness, is the lady who made us walk right out today as well. She is working as front of house and is making the restaurant lose business! Very rude, no manners and no decency. Not sure of her name but this is her physical description: a little short and round, long dark hair tied back, round face, strong European accent. We had a table booked but literally couldn’t tolerate her poor attitude for long at the front desk before we decided to bolt. Also she seems to have a different attitude towards white ppl/ppl of colour. Browns Bluewater, please act on all these reviews about this person! Please don’t just do another repeat of “sorry we’ll try to do better” in your response, which as we can see has not worked so far- you’ll only have further unhappy reviews about this person from future customers if you do - it needs to have a definite plan of action this time. She needs to have a job where she doesn’t drive away your customers. Not front of house, of all roles! I am also an events organiser who seeks out nice restaurants in order to make large bookings for a social organisation. Your lady’s attitude has lost you a lot of business opportunity from me!!
