They tend to open about 40 minutes behind schedule, yet they still take mobile orders at 6:00 am. You'd think being in a strip mall would encourage better timing, but it doesn't seem to help. Bagels were great. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1

I'm not the type to even write bad reviews but the Bruegger's Bagels in the Oakley pavilion is the worst place I've been to in my life. To begin with the "workers" simply don't care for their job with obvious facial expressions of disappointment while serving customers. The "workers" that employee this shop need to learn to take breaks from their phones. I walk in and everyone is head down in their phones. I look in the back and a "worker" is scrolling through her phone slouched in the back. It's so bad that one "worker" checked her phone in between making a toasted bagel with butter yes a 1 topping bagel yet it was too long of a break from her phone. I would name drop this "worker" but she choose to dress in Xavier apparel instead of any Bruegger's clothing. Also if you plan on visiting Friday or Saturday be prepared for the store to be closed at 12-12:30 even tho the website will display they are open till 2pm. I'd suggest a whole new staff and this isn't an exaggeration based off the insane amount of 1 star reviews if I could give these "workers" half a star I would.
