We loved the experience of a charming place, open cuisine, very well-presented food with spectacular flavors. Chef Philippe came out to greet us and received our congratulations. Moritz's very friendly and helpful service in the room. Highly recommended, worthy of being in the Michelin Guide. They gave us the "Relax Getaway" pack that includes the "Sea Experiences" menu (wine not included), at the Les Bruixes de Burriac restaurant, on P-1 of the hotel. Elegant restaurant, with modern decoration, quiet and show cooking. They serve three very well presented, executed and tasty dishes, the last one is a mini lobster stew. They end with a chocolate dessert (this one could be improved for me). I can understand that the quantities they serve may be considered a tad scarce by some, me for example.
