room is good, breakfast is good too! the view in the balcony is quite gorgeous, however the room next to me is a bit noisy, soundproof can be improving though really worth its price and the service is good and kind the grape juice is soooo nice, im gonna miss it > < also the tiramisu bus station is like 6 mins walk from here, quite acceptable
