Thank you to everyone, especially Lisa, Jay, Chloe, Lipi, Emily, and Utsav. I have been coming here regularly for the past year and have never felt such custom service, respect, and professionalism. Not only are they professional, but go above and beyond to make your experience extraordinary. Every. Single. Visit. On April 27th (our last visit), there were customers smashing beer bottles, being belligerent and rude, and acting inappropriately. Lisa and the rest of their staff handled it professionally with minimal distribution. Can't wait to be back next weekend! Thank you!!!

We celebrated my son's birthday at AMF Frederick Lanes and the staff were very accommodating. We had issues on booking online however, the local team and the head office guided us through and made the reservation smoother. Thanks to the manager and our server Milli for an awesome service. We will be coming in this place again in the future
