First off, tasty ice cream. However, I read through some of the reviews because I thought I was overreacting. A bunch of teens with no supervision, lack of focus whether there are two customers or twenty, backs to the closest windows and others across the room will just stare at you instead of providing service/prompting the other that someone is there, on their phones and conversations simply continue like a customer isn't in front of them. Its like they can't be bothered to work. I can say my name multiple times and they'll even hand me someone else's order. Makes me hate tipping. Not just at Brusters, seems like trash service is everywhere and in the simplest of jobs. The ice cream is still always tasty though

I went around 12p, no crowd. Just 1 other customer. Service was fast and kind. 10/10 would come back around the same time to get the strawberry matcha in a waffle bowl! So yummy!

I really wish they consistently had a dairy free ice cream option. Even just basic chocolate and/or vanilla. Blackbird in Beaver is a great option for a backup but doesn't have the best hours and sometime difficult parking.
