Not as good of an experience as I have had at other locations. Got the wrong ice cream, which I was fine with but also the ice cream melted and was got runny in about 30 seconds. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First time here and all I can say is Wow, wow and wow! Staff was awesome! Ice cream was awesome! The young lady who took our order was very nice and helpful. Boys got to taste a few flavors and got huge ice cream scoops (small waffle cone) I got a regular medium and it was more then what I expected I would show pictures but we were too busy enjoying our ice cream Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the weirdest experience I've ever had in a food service setting. We parked and walked up to the window and the person working shut the window in our face on three separate occasions. Never said a word, just looked at us like they were completely lost and confused. It took them 20 minutes to scoop two scoops of ice cream for the only two people in front of us. When I finally asked if I could order I had to repeat my order to them multiple times. They just couldn't figure it out. I'm not sure if the kid was okay or what was going on but it was so weird and uncomfortable. When we finally received our order my son's cotton candy explosion ice cream had what I hope was Oreos all over it and I asked the child working if there was supposed to be black stuff in the cotton candy ice cream and they said yes and shut the window. I just gave up at this point and told my son to eat it anyway. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
