Shout out to Jo and Jada for handling a rude customer professionally. That person threatened to physically harm the workers and should be banned immediately. Love brusters and the customer service. All the other customers in line were shocked just like me. Other than that love my brownie sundae per usual.

The staff were fast and friendly. The seating area wad clean and the ice cream was delicious. The area has gone down some over the years, So the scenery wasn't the best but that couldn't be helped.

I went to Bruster's Real Ice Cream on Tuesday afternoon. The temperature outside was over 91 degrees. I waited about 3 minutes before Nishesh (an employee) came to the window. I was indecisive on which treat to buy. I was talking to Nisesh about something he said I don't have time and he's busy. What you busy!! Hey said if you going to buy buy. Nisesh service was rude, disrespectful. I had the choice not to buy and write a review about this business at this location. I will not disclose my occupation, I will forward my complaint. If you want to give away your hard earned money come here if not, patronize another Brewer's Real Ice Cream. Nisesh you receive a a half star. Poor service.
