This is one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in, and that list includes quite a number of Michelin-starred places in multiple countries. Aga is an undiscovered gem, from Its wonderful subterranean minimalist decor and fabulous chic atmosphere, to the amazing service, excellent wine list and (most importantly) the stunning food. We had the H5 degustation and each course was different, delicious and beautifully presented, with host and owner Armand providing detailed descriptions of the ingredients and how they combined to make the whole dish. Chef Hugo has produced a truly mouthwatering experience that left us feeling full but not stuffed, and that we considered extremely good value for the price.
