I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions and never experienced such poor service. For starters, the bartender had airpods in both ears as soon as I approached the bar. Service was extremely poor. I came in to place a togo order and the bartender ignored me. When he finally did greet me, he was at the computer as if he was taking my order. So I went to the restroom, came back, and after over 15mins the bartender approached and asked about my order because he couldn’t find it. After reciting my order, the bartender became frustrated with me and kicked me out. He told me “well I don’t want to take your order anymore so you can just leave”. So I left. As I sat in my car, another patron attempted to get a drink and that same bartender ignored him for so long that the patron decided to leave and go to another establishment. I truly enjoy this restaurant and I love the wings. But I will not tolerate disrespect or ignorance. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Found this place the first night visiting Dallas for work. Came back the next 5 days. For us Bryan Street Tavern was perfect. Thank you for the real lettuce and quality bar food. See you next time! Price per person: $30–50 Atmosphere: 5
