What a gem! The beef and asian chicken brioche were 11/10. The pistachio and chocolate babka were overshadowed by them but still good. The brioche-themed classical paintings on the wall are fun and show how much care has been put into this place. Love it! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A must-try phenomenon in Lausanne! This was our second visit and we will be coming again. For such a small business, they pack a punch. Both owners are kind and the service is full of life. You can tell everything is made with love, fresh every morning. We asked the Bryo Team to bake some small bites for a party, it do not disappoint. So flavorful!
