Bua in Lewiston is an amazing restaurant offering a wide selection of Thai and sushi dishes. The quality of the food is always incredible, with classic options like chicken Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Prices are reasonable and wait times are rarely long. The front desk staff, especially Chey, are charming and have a great attitude. Their sushi is some of the best around, with specialty rolls like Captain Crunch and TGIF that are huge in size and flavor. Even those with shellfish allergies can eat safely here, as the chef is also allergic and takes extra care in preparing meals. The basil fried rice and drunken noodles are also highly recommended. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Overall, Bua is a great place to go for a delicious meal!

Great quality food, however, waited 30 mins after ordering... before our waitress came back over to ask us if we were ready to order... we just looked at each other and reminded her we already ordered sushi rolls with her, but why not add on an order of Thai donuts... donuts came out 3 mins later... some of our food 5 mins later after that... I'm pretty sure she forgot to put our order in until we ordered the donuts... she forgot to put one of the dishes in to the order to be made... oh, and a couple came in 10-15 mins after us... order 3 sushi rolls and a to-go of pad Thai, and they got their rolls before us... All the dishes brought to our table were speckled with hard, thick, black crusts... we used a plastic to-go cup to drink water. It was too bad that customer service and cleanliness for seated patrons were an issue because the food tasted amazing! There is no other sushi restaurant that we order from. We LOVE Bua! Their sushi rolls are amazing and I've never once been disappointed with the quality of the food or their service. Also, I love that you have bubble tea now as well! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
