Stopped by Bubbaque because they’re one of the only spots in town serving beef back ribs, and they absolutely delivered. The ribs were everything I hoped for — tender, smoky, savory, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to BBQ. If you haven’t tried Bubbaque yet, do yourself a favor and go check them out. Definitely worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was our first visit, and boy, it did not disappoint! The ribs were cooked to perfection, and their spicy BBQ sauce added the cherry on top. The price is well worth the amount of time and effort they put into every single item. We ordered a Dino Rib special (comes with two sides), 1/2 lb of brisket, potato salad and two kids' meals for under $100. It is so worth the price! We will return. Happy to find a new BBQ restaurant and this one delivered. Had the loaded bake potato with brisket, it was outstanding. My wife had a brisket plate and she loved the brisket, perfect seasoning without being too salty or peppery letting the meat flavor shine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
