Hi, I ordered via wolt, and got 4 bubble teas delivered, which were not quite what we expected, I ordered a classic milk tea, with tapioca. Very dissatisfied as the tapioca was very hard and it said on their website that they make it a few times a day. Have worked in a bubble tea shop myself, and know that they should not be harsh, it seems as if you have given them too much. And from the reviews they have received, I can see that people very much agree with what I say. Otherwise, your tea was nice enough, but needs a little improvement :). As we remember you ordered a Mango Milk tea and a Bubblegum Milk tea and we strictly told that Bubblegum does not taste good with milk and it is also in our menu but you still wanted it with milk. We cannot force a customer if someone specifically wants it. We can only suggest them and the rest is the customer's call if they want to take it or not. We always tell our customers what tastes best and that's why we have never received any bad comments from our customers because they believe in us and we do our best to make them happy. In connection with the baby shower on Saturday 14 January this year, I ordered donuts from Bubbelia in Søborg. It was a super positive experience with exceptional service and fine donuts, which, above all, were tasty and beautifully created just as I wanted, - no, far more than I dared to hope for. Many thanks to Narinder at Bubbelia in Søborg. We will come again soon.
