Been to Japan three times, and this is one of the unforgettable dining experience! Perfect food and drinks, with impeccable services!! The owner and the staff are really attentive and warm, we can really feel the creativity and passion of the owner in the food and drinks!!! The salt and olive oil were also delicious The coriander & harissa dumplings are delicious For the dashi rice, I asked, ``There's a lot of it, so would you like to make it a little less?''
