I dont know if it was because we had an early dinner reservation, but this place used to be so much better in all aspects. The server didn't know how to recommend dishes or alcoholic drinks. Such a let down. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My neighbor and I were overwhelmed by the excellent customer service and menu options at Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant in Palo Alto, CA. The old style New York ambience was a refreshing change from the computer cold settings experienced with other restaurants. The brussels and broccoli sides were perfectly seasoned. The chopped antipasti salad and lasagna was the "best". Dewann's wine and beer suggestions complimented our meal. His demeaner was professional and personable. It appeared he enjoyed giving us the extra information we requested. Thank you, Dewann for the outstanding customer service that you provided for me and my neighbor.
