Lost a returning customer today. Absolutely deplorable service. You would think as a family establishment they would care more. Id like to respond to their comment. 2 workers were cleaning and didn't even acknowledge a customer entered the store they may have looked up but immediately looked away without a word. They also served someone that walked in after me instead of dealing with the individual in line waiting especially since i was only the second customer in the store and i was picking up premade sandwiches that were ordered well before arrival. A young man seemed to be “zoned out” at the sandwhich area cleaning the empty glass and i guess had 0 clue what was going on around him. If a single worker said “give me one second” or at bare minimum said “hello someone will be right with you” and acknowledge there is a customer there I wouldn’t have any issue. Somehow i was invisible and nobody said anything to me but this guy jumps right over to help someone that came in after me in a different area where he isn’t actively working. I would expect handing out these expensive already put together sandwiches would be top priory over cleaning an empty glass area while there were 3 customers in the store and 3 workers in the front. Especially since you see it as the customer “leaving you” with the sandwiches. I would think cleaning would take a back seat for when there arn’t customers looking to purchase your items. Or again at a minimum say 1 word “hello” don't just look away from me without saying anything. If a customer leaving unhappy because they felt they were not seen or acknowledged in your store when eye contact was made with multiple workers when the customer is ready to buy buy 3 sandwiches for $50.00 means that the individual, in your words, “left you” with the sandwiches then so be it.

Recently introduced my coworkers to their delicious sandwich selections and they were blown away by the quality of bread and meat. My husband and I love Bucciarelli's and have been coming for their cold pasta salads, meats and cheeses for years. This little market has everything you need for a delicious meal. Although they are a bit pricey, the quality makes it worth the cost.
