Emily at Buck Aspen is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve come across. Super friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. She made great recommendations, kept the energy up all night, and somehow managed to make everyone at the bar feel welcomed even when it was busy. Drinks were excellent and service was fast. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it completely elevates the experience at Buck Aspen. Will definitely be back because of her! We were in for the hockey game last night and stopped in after — even though it seemed like the bartender was handling everything by themselves, the service was still incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive. Great drinks, great attitude, and made everyone feel welcome despite how busy it was. You can tell they really know how to handle a crowd while still making customers feel taken care of. John waited on us-we thought he had to be an owner because he took such good care of us. He gave us great recommendations, made sure we enjoyed our food, and made sure our drinks were just like we liked them! JJ was the chef and also did a wonderful job with the food.
