Report incorrect information
I have not heard anything from my bank. Claudia has offered to reimburse my $100. I appreciate that. This morning had breakfast at The lake it was really good. Then met Claudia and she gave me the $100. Told by Claudia to never come back. So yes I have been 86 over the ATM issues. My first ever 86. I would have gone back 🙁.
Update1/12/21
Received a text from Claudia with the phone number for ATM help. I was told by someone in the Bar that Buckhorns owned the ATM machine. According to Claudia they do not. The phone number has you go thru prompts which take me to my card issuer Wells Fargo. Thank you Claudia for the info. I will continue the updates.

I had not been to Buckhorns in three years because of a rude Bartender. Decided to give it a try because I heard she was no longer working there. Current bartender provided great service. I used their ATM, yes they own the ATM. The machine printed a receipt saying it dispensed the cash. It did not. Then the screen said notify attendant. Bartender said no problem, told us to contact the manager Claudia. Phone call spoke with Claudia and a follow up text. It has been 5 days and nothing. Today I reached out to my bank. Should have done that to begin with.
