Many reviewers highlight that the staff is gracious at Bucking Bull Rockingham. Most guests think that the service is good. As a lot of reviewers notice, medium prices are not the strongest point of this place. As clients see it, the atmosphere is enjoyable here. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Waited over 10 mins for someone to realise I was waiting to be served. When I pointed out Google opening, when service finally started after 9:30 am, according to the scruffy dude with the bad attitude shouting from the kitchen, apparently the opening time accounts for the whole Bucking Bull chain, rather than individual store (I call BS since each store would have its own Google Business Profile managed by its store owner or chain managers), The young guy (Danny I believe) who served me, after my online order was declined (payment's pending reversal) was lovely, and the only reason the store is getting a 3* for service, because if it was bad attitude dude in kitchen I was dealing with you'd be getting -1star. He needs an attitude adjustment. The bacon/egg will was good, but cold chips when you've only just opened, is a bit off. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The customer service from the wonderful young man (wearing glasses) is a stand out for me, huge happy smile even in middle of lunch rush. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is appalling. The management is disgusting. The manager was yelling at staff in front of customers & belittling them, who then were inadequate at doing their job, I'm guessing from the pressure (or maybe the dr*gs ). I'm actually shocked at the amount of 1 star reviews this place is getting, but yet not a single thing has been rectified. Constructive criticism only works if you take it on board. Such a disgraceful experience on their part. Most definitely will NOT be returning to Bucking Bull Rockingham until there is new management. I highly recommend that everyone else do the same.
