Food was generally okay. Wait staff had no personality and no customer service skills whatsoever. It's a BWW so we all know it's probably too expensive. Wasn't as loud as other BWWs I've been to though, so that's good. Probably wouldn't go back. I wanted to write a quick review to spot light the unreal service we received from the young gentleman that handled our party yesterday. You have a Server named Shaq at your location that provides 5 star quality service-from introducing himself and learning every single person's name in your party. He then remembered every person's name and used it when their order came out which was prompt and at the same time. This guy will not be with you long as he will be on to a 5 star restaurant I would imagine. I would value this employee while you have him. We will ask for him and recommend him. You can go to Buffalo Wild Wings and get good food but cant get service like this at to many places in this day and age. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
