I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to share my concerns with you. Firstly, I was deeply disappointed to encounter instances of racism during my time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or background. It is unacceptable for any establishment to tolerate or perpetuate such behavior. Furthermore, the quality of the food I received was subpar. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff, I was informed that the kitchen chef was responsible and no efforts were made to rectify the situation or offer an alternative. This lack of accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on the standards of your establishment. Additionally, I observed discrepancies in the level of service provided to different tables. While some were attended to promptly and received adequate assistance, my specific table was neglected. We were not served drinks, and it seemed that our needs were overlooked in favor of other customers. As a patron of Buffalo Wild Wings, I expect better standards of service and treatment. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
