We arrived here and there was no hostess, no one asked to seat us. So we gave up and placed a to-go order and then they were seating people, when they could’ve seated us! Then our to go order was missing items. They did correct it though.

Unfortunately I do have to report a 1 star review for service from server Amber and manager Jim at this Portland location. I had placed an order from the bar tabletop for 6 wings and ordered two sauces, with no problem from the waiter actually she was very nice. I then got my wings under the impression all was well. Only when I got my bill back it was for 10 wings and I was charged for that. Definitely a smoke and mirrors tactic to upsell on the bill. I then brought this to the servers attention and the manager came over with a strong attitude and told me that I was lying and that I ordered 10 wings. That she would never have done this because “he trained them”. I know what I ordered and ate regardless, the manager was not present during my meal. If you order one thing, and are given another that is not the fault of the customer. There was no effort to resolve the mistake. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
