The service was the worst from the waitresses, we had never felt so bad, my family and I felt discriminated against by the service of the waitresses as one was not sitting there, the person inside the bar was the one who had to tell us take care of her, she said she couldn't Very bad service. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings Rocky Mount. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they were severely understaffed. We had to wait over 20 minutes just to place a to-go order, Once we were finally ordered, it took another 1.5 hours for The order When the food finally arrived, several items we ordered were missing. We tried to get the attention of our server, but they were nowhere to be found. Adding to the frustration, when we tried to call the restaurant to ask about the missing items, no one ever picked up the phone. It rang and rang, but no response. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, and it was clear they couldn't handle the volume of customers. The food we did receive was mediocre at best, which did little to redeem the poor service. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. I definitely won't be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings Rocky Mount. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I watched 4 family leave because no one would wait on them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
