This is a great restaurant, great atmosphere great food. The only issue I have is that when ordering online. BBW has an option online to get ALL FLATS but when I get my food it’s a mix of drums & Flats. I asked one of the employees why didn’t I get all flats and he simply said they just won’t do it whether I order in person or online. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Wings, Buffalo Wings

I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was packaged perfect. And it was exactly 15 minutes. When I arrived home 5 minutes away. I could not wait to eat. To my surprise I had 10 traditional wings. Five garlic Parmesan and 5 vinegar and salt. In a huge oversized box. Not to mention the wings were over cooked gummy chewy and dry and leathery. I was so dissatisfied and I just don’t know why I keep trying. It’s not that hard. It was unappetizing and I could tell that it had been cooked and maybe put in a warmer for some time. Also if I wanted both sauces in the same box I would have ordered them that way . I don’t know if the managers see what’s going out. Assuming no one is checking. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to really do better. Presentation is everything. This is the Royal Oak location off Main on South St I just wasted 37 bucks Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Traditional Wings Spicy Garlic, Celery, Chicken Wings
