I honestly don't even know where to begin. We stopped in here at about 3:40pm last Sunday. It was dead. Maybe (big maybe) 4 tables in the whole location with guests. I got up to take my son to the restroom and it was the filthiest thing I've seen in years. It smelled horrible, every toilet was a mess and the floor was slippery from the door to the last stall. There wasn't a clean surface in the entire restroom. I would have rather used a truck stop. As I wondered if they had a full-on Sat night raging-bar-extravaganza and everyone just forgot to clean up the next day (I mean I guess?) -- My 5yr old slipped on the way to the sink. I'm still thanking God I caught him before he hit the tile.We came back out and placed our order.I was a little worried at this point about eating here, but decided to just try and relax, enjoy what we could, wait for our food. My son was very excited to see they had a jukebox with the app you can use on your phone. He wanted to hear his favorite songs (he loves 80's music). So I download the app, play his 3 favorite songs -- the very 1st one they turn down the volume. I'm a little shocked. If you don't want to hear this music, why on earth have it available to play? Also, there's practically no one in the place. Who are you trying to impress by turning down classic songs that were played for a little kid who's now disappointed? All 3 songs we played were turned down. When the automatic songs (modern country) resumed, the volume went right back up. At this point I was annoyed and disappointed but still hungry and just ready to at least enjoy my meal....so I should have known that I wouldn't be able to.Our food arrived, all 3 orders, and to this moment I can't imagine why I was served what came to the table. My chicken was like jerkey. Yes, jerkey. Like when you have frozen food at home that is past its prime and likely frost bit, but you cook it anyway and then immediately regret trying to eat it? That's exactly what this was like. My jaw literally hurt by the time I got through one part of my wrap, it was so tough to chew, even beat up the roof of my mouth. My son's food was good, my bf's burger was great. At this point I gave up. The ONLY nice thing about our experience was our waitress. I wish I remembered her name, she was very nice and I could tell she genuinely felt bad that our experience was so terrible. She was helpful enough to have a new order made for me. But to no fault of her own, it took so long that when it finally came out, we had to leave. So I didn't get to eat. We paid, we left, and we are definitely not coming back.

Let's start by saying we've been sitting here for 15 minutes and we still don't have waters, we waited 10 minutes to be greeted after I asked the hostess to send over our server, the booth behind us got greeted within 15 seconds and got their water within 2 minutes. ONLY reason I am staying is because unfortunately I am pregnant and allll I want is some boneless asian zing wings! This is honestly unacceptable. For someone to sit down at Buffalo Wild Wings for 18 minutes now with no water??? AWFUL SERVICE.
