I love your wings, and food. You have some of my favorite wings. They are a great size also. Not those baby wings some places have! I also appreciate that I can get flats or drums no problem or extra charge. I miss the vegan wings and so do so many others. They were just so good. I’m recently now disabled and have to order delivery. Please. Please can you start either putting the fries on top of my the wings or separate them? They become completely mushy and uneditable. Especially if you order a smaller order of 5 wings and fries. I was barely able to eat any the last couple times. Such a shame because I love your curly fries. Thanks guys. Hi Catrina! Thanks for the review! We are so happy you have been loving the wings!! Regarding your note about wings on top of fries... we only do that when the wings are ordered "Factory Style" if you'd like the wings packaged separately you will just order the wings then order a side of fries. Good food and service, and wings are big and nicely cooked. I was craving wings and came in to a fairly busy weekday evening. Service was still good and food came out at a good time. There were happy hour deals on food and appetizers. The “Peruvian verde” sauce was my favorite, I could go on and on and not get sick of that flavor. Food came out very hot and fresh. Our family had a fantastic time at Buffalo Wing Factory in Reston. The wings were perfect— we got the spicy ranch, Buffalo, and lemon pepper. We also got Buffalo Cobb salad and onion rings. My niece enjoyed her fried Oreo dessert. I can’t confirm how it tasted because she wouldn’t share it. Our server, Austin, was friendly and super attentive. He has great customer service and interpersonal skills. We’re all looking forward to going back soon.
