Very disappointing experience. We renewed our contract and had to exchange the maid 3 times within one week because the workers provided either refused to work or did not have the training level the office claimed they had. The staff repeatedly assured us that replacements would be well-trained and meet our requirements, but this was not the case. They also kept introducing new "rules" that were never mentioned before, such as limits on exchanges and restrictions on viewing available workers, while applying different standards to other customers. To make matters worse, we have been treated in an unprofessional manner. One employee raised his voice at us while we were simply waiting for a replacement, and management was unhelpful in resolving the issue. For a service that costs SAR 3,600, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.
