A really lovely cafe hidden away in the back streets of Bude that is definitely worth a visit! The staff are very friendly and when I went, service was quick. Coffee was nice and hot (unlike some other places) with a good flavour. The mocha was smooth and creamy. We didn't try the food but the menu looked great and good value for money so we will definitely be back for something to eat soon. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Lots of choice. As this is a small, friendly, family run place it would be worth asking them if you wanted something special or something on the menu adapting. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Free of charge street parking Parking: We went in August, arrived about 930am and there was plenty of parking around. The town fills up quickly in the holidays so go early if you need to park close by. Luckily they open early at 8am so even on the busiest summer days you will find parking at that time of day. Kid-friendliness: Would be great for kids. It's fairly small inside so they don't have space to run around! There are a couple of seats outside at the front. Wheelchair accessibility: I think wheelchairs would be able to get into the main cafe no problem.

Definitely a hidden gem. Our usual breakfast spot was closed so we found Buffy's in Bude. Top notch food and attentive service! The Full English and Cornish breakfasts were superb and good value. The homemade hash browns were a highlight and the flat whites were delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20
