Absolutely amazing! This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions about the ingredients and oils they use, which is very important to me. I was happy to learn they don't use canola oil anywhere in the restaurant. I ordered a medium build-your-own bowl with steak, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The staff's recommendations were spot on, and they helped me create the perfect bowl. The food was so good that I couldn't even wait until I got home. I ate the whole thing in the car! If you're looking for fresh, healthy, and delicious poke with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Build Yo Poke. Based on the reviews, I was really excited to try this place. The service was okay. We've never eaten at a place like this so the cashier did get a bit of an attitude which was not okay with my fiancee so he paid for my meal and refused to eat there. The food was very bland. Such a huge let down. The second star is for the kimchi sauce that she couldn't quite explain to me but it was really good. Other than that, it wasn't worth the stop honestly. Meal type: Lunch
