The abundance of plants and the sea view create a relaxing and delightful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a special lunch.The service was impeccable: kind, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed — attentive without ever being intrusive.We started with a local Prosecco oyster, produced with the traditional champagne method: absolutely phenomenal, fresh, fragrant, and perfectly balanced between salinity and sparkling acidity. Next came the fish soup, enriched with a subtle fusion touch: a surprising dish with a powerful umami that blends harmoniously with all the other flavors.The dish that truly won us over was the lamb: likely cooked at low temperature, incredibly tender and juicy, served on a bed of carrot and tomato cream that paired wonderfully with the meat, enhancing its delicate taste.A delicious culinary experience, in a beautiful setting with service that matches the quality of the food. Had a beautiful & memorable dinner at Bulaj in Sopot when visiting from the states. Food was excellent & service (Marika specifically) was even better. Unbelievably stunning sunset to cap it all off. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
