I have pleasant memories associated with the place, I evaluate it subjectively. The textures and combinations of flavors are time-tested; you shouldn’t go to Bulka for experiments. The main thing in the cafe is the pastries, they are always excellent. Price is low. I beg you, remove the monstrous panel from the hall, it is so tasteless that I cannot look - tears immediately begin to flow.
