I’m indecisive when writing this reviewI will say, the food was AMAZING and we had good service. My husband had chicken tacos and I had the quesadilla Arrachera. It was the best I think I’ve ever had! My issue was with the bill. Our server gave us a $52 total and we left a $20 cash tip. When the charge came through, it was $62 and some change. I would have paid that, the food was that good, but I don’t like feeling scammed. I would recommend just paying in cash. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Good food, good drinks. Probably the highlight of our trip in Progresso on a cruise. We took the bus to town and it was not great. Came back to Bulkay and had a great time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
