Bull & Roo has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Minsk, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different from the usual dining spots. The menu is creative, unique, and full of standout dishes you won’t easily find elsewhere in the city. Their weekday lunch specials are also consistently excellent and great value for the quality. The atmosphere perfectly combines a relaxed Aussie lounge vibe with subtle Spanish influences, making it a great place to unwind, whether for lunch, dinner, or drinks with friends (check out their bar-exclusive lounge next door: Roo )!
