Order placed at 6:30 p.m., we have to pick up the order at 7:20 p.m. It's 8 p.m. and we're still not served. The young man who prepares the burgers has no hair net. No "apron" goes outside with his street shoes and comes back to the kitchen without disinfection or whatever. Wears the same latex gloves when he greets people outside. No rules to follow. To flee.
