Very good bakery. Overall all products are high quality. Service is nice. The place is quite small and pastry could end fast so better go earlier in the morning. Here is the best pastry with poppy seeds and choclate. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Yes

I will give you some context first... I'm French Born and rised in France. Dad studied pastry and was a chef for a few years when he was 16-18. I have a bit of knowledge eating pastries . And Buls Bakery makes one the best pastries I have even eaten. Top top top!!! Price are lower compared to the bakeries in Riga I have seen so far. I have found my new place for breakfast in Riga.
