The Vietnamese cuisine is on the menu at this restaurant. Tasting good pork spring rolls, pork rolls and Bbq pork is what most clients advise. As a number of reviewers say, tea is really delicious.

This was my first time trying bun cha, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a solid experience. The vermicelli noodles were incredibly soft—so much so that they’d fall right off the chopsticks when dipped in the sauce, which was delicious. The dip and noodles were definitely the highlights. The portion of meat was decent, though I would’ve liked a little more, but it was still satisfying. Everything was cooked fresh to order—I even saw them grilling and frying the ingredients as I walked by the kitchen (I think) . The meat was good, though not particularly standout. The spring rolls were crunchy and fine, though I’ve had better. I tried the bun cha lem, priced at $18. Overall, it was worth trying. One last thing: the Viet music was playing pretty loud in the background. 4.5 Stars. I came here for the Bun Cha and it did not disappoint. I wish they had more of the excellent charred pork, and they give you such little lettuce to eat the food with. But overall, highly recommended.

Bun Cha Co Dao is Vietnamese restaurant located on Nicholson St, Footscray. It’s specialty and namesake is the traditional dish originating from Hanoi, Bún chả, featuring grilled pork (bun), vermicelli noodles (cha), herbs, pickled veg and dipping sauce. #23 Bun Cha Nem - This is my order every time, it has tasty grilled pork and patties as well as the crispy Hanoi style spring rolls, which are almost identical to what I tried in Vietnam! Sometimes the sauce can be bland. #38 Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong - More of a bowl style dish, with grilled pork, noodles, carrots, cucumbers, pork, spring rolls, peanuts and fresh herbs. We swap the regular spring rolls for the Hanoi style. Its pretty large, we do wish for more meat. #39 Bun Bo La Lot - beef wrapped in betel leaf, chargrilled and delicious. Local to us, we come here often for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price and the service is always very friendly. One day we might try other dishes from the menu. Where do you get your Bun Cha?
