We were extremely disappointed by the service, not attentive from the time we were seated until we had to figure out on our own to get up from the table and figure out where to pay. While we waited to have our order taken a small cockroach ran all over the table and place settings. We chose to stay nevertheless and in a subtle way indicated via translation app that it happened and only asked to replace the plates and forks but they did not consider to spray down the table or even apologize. We ordered two of the same thing, they brought us one and charged us for two but luckily caught it before we left and they refunded the duplicate charge. There were only 3 tables seated so it was not a busy night and they seemed well staffed. The food was mediocre though we had higher hopes due to good ratings from locals. There might be something lost in translation being foreigners but a roach is a roach wherever you are and there was no grace whatsoever on their end. Thumbs down!
